New to cloth menstrual pads?
Here are some answers to common questions that women
have when they consider trying our pads.
How
exactly are cloth sanitary pads fastened in place?
Wemoon pads fit neatly and snugly around your own
panties. There are no fiddly fasteners. These are the 3 easy steps:
1.Fold the “wings” around outside to meet underneath
and clip the press-studs together.
2. Place pad label-side down lengthwise along panty gusset of your
underwear
3. Fold the “wings” around the outside to meet underneath
(snaps will line up).Close the snaps and you're ready to wear!
How can I use cloth pads when I'm out and
about?
We suggest a Wemoon MoonPurse. You can use one pocket
for fresh pads, and the other for used. The waterproof lining ensures
hygienic protection from leakage. Simply fold the used pad in two
(blood inwards) until you get home to soak and/or wash. Alternatively
you can simply fold the pad into itself and re-fasten the snap as
in the diagram for another handy way to transport fresh or used
pads.
Which cloth pad should I choose?
As
women can be so different, Wemoon offers a range of pads designed
to perform for every size, shape and menstrual flow rate
along with fabric and colour choices to nurture your womanhood.
Use this guide to select the very best in comfort and security for
you, and indulge yourself!
We recommend a combination of pads for different times throughout
your cycle; for instance, you may wear a Slim Medium pad during
the day, then a Large at night, tapering off to a Small at the end
of your cycle.
If you bleed very heavily, you
can choose a Maxi pad, with double absorbency core. Even if your
flow is fairly light, you may prefer the extra length of a Large
pad or the sexy, feminine Night pad for overnight use, when you
are asleep. And of course, for those times in between, you can always
try Lights, Wemoon's cloth panty liner.
How many pads will I need?
Most women need a minimum of 4-6
pads for their monthly cycle.
We recommend a combination of pads for different times throughout
your cycle; for instance, you may wear a Medium Slim during the
day,
then a Large at night, tapering off to a Small at the end of your

Here
are some recommended combinations:
This table assumes that you will wash
within your cycle, but if not, you may
need more pads per cycle.
Even if your flow is fairly light, you may choose the extra length
of a Large pad for overnight use, when you are lying down.
