Combining
fine silks, rich velvets and precious gems, The original Wondrous Vulva Puppets
are infused with potpourri, signed and dated. Dorrie gives them names from Goddess
lores, Fairy tales or Femmes of literature depending on who they inspire. Take
her story with you, or create your own.
Note
from the artist: Wondrous Vulva Puppets are hand made, I make each one
a little different. When you order a puppet that has already been sold, I'll
make every effort to create one similar. Since the fabrics are sometimes no
longer available, I'll communicate with you the possibilities by email. If you
would like a custom-made puppet, or have any other special request, please let
us know.

"VALENTINA" Valentina was made to be auctioned at the Vagina Monologues during a run in San Francisco, on V-Day. Valentina is made from French velvet with rich purple silk satin. She is adorned with Hemitite beads wrapped with gold seed beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

ENNOIA is the Goddess of knowledge, intention and magic in the Gnostic tradition. Ennoia is made from French cut velvet on silk chiffon. Her warm brown and beige silk is of French origin as well. She is adorned with Hemitite beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"FELICITAS" Felicitas, an ancient Roman Goddess, brought happiness, success and good fortune. She is made of rich, German velvet, and Italian, silk satin in 2 tones of purple. Her adornment consist of Rhodonite and French blue seed beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"BLODEUWEDD"
Blodeuwedd is the beautiful Goddess from Whales. Her name means "flower face". Folktales link her to the forest and especially the owl. She is made of deep dark brown velvet and silver and cream silk satin. Her adornment is Garnets and red glass seed beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"HYBLA" Hybla is a Sicilian Goddess, she signifies earth and the natural world. She is made with leopard print velvet and red/orange silk satin. I adorned her with Tiger-eye beads and brown faceted glass barrel beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"AUTUMN" Autumn is named after my daughter. I made this after she gave birth to her daughter I made her from beautiful Italian dark wine silk velvet and beige silk satin. I adorned her with Garnets and silver glass barrel beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"ATHENA"
Athena is the Greek Goddess of wisdom, she is still worshipped today. Viva Athena! I made her from pink German velvet, two colors of silk, lavender Japanese silk and yellow French silk. She is adorned with Malachite beads and white seed beads. You may order a puppet similar to this one.

"CHIN MU" CHIN MU is from China where she is known as Queen of the West. She is associated with cats and magic as well as peaches.
