How to Place an Order

Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "add to basket" button below the item you wish to purchase. You can review what is in your basket at anytime at the left of the page underneath the Product Search section.

2. When you are finished and you are ready to checkout, click on Show Basket at the left of the page, then click on Checkout.

3. If you already have an account, simply enter your user name and password under • Returning Customers: Please log in. If not please fillin your details in the section • New? Please Provide Your Billing Information.

4. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been completed.

5. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your purchase and address and added to your order. You can see howmuch the shipping will be before you commit to the purchase

Payment Methods

You may pay using your credit card or by transfering funds from your bank account or from your paypal account. We use Paypal as our secure payment processor but please be aware that that you do not need to be or to become a Paypal member to pay with your credit card. Simply follow the instructions and then click on the link next to ‘Not a Paypal Member?’ and you will be able to enter your credit card details securely.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email and then an e-mail when your order has been shipped. It should normally ship within 3 - 4 days. If you have questions about the status of your order prior to shipment, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping times & costs

In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest possible time, our products are shipped from various different locations. Some items are shipped from the USA, some from the UK and some from Australia. If you have ordered more than one product your items may arrive in separate packages and the shipping times will vary depending on where you are in the world. No item should take longer than two weeks to arrive. Please advise us if you have a deadline when you make your order and we can let you know if, and how, we can make that deadline.   Shipping will normally take place within 3 to 4 days of your order and can take between 2 and 10 working days depending on your location and the location they are shipped from.

The cost for shipping will be added to your cart during the checkout process before you need to commit to the purchase. It will vary depending on your location but all areas of the world are catered for. To see how much your shipping will cost add your desired items to your basket, enter your address details when prompted and the shipping costs will be calculated for you.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price for 21 days after the date your order was shipped.

If you need to return an item please send us an email to let us know. Please be sure to include your full name, the order number, how we can contact you and a brief explanation for the return. We will then let you know the correct return address as this varies. The item must be returned in its original condition with all appropriate packaging and once received, you will be credited via Paypal to the card or account used for the original purchase.
