The Tantric Star
This beautiful piece is formed by interlocking ascending and
descending tetrahedrons. The tetrahedron is the geometric form of fire and the structure creates a central chamber in the form of an octahedron which is the geometric form of air. These interlocking
tetrahedrons are known as the Star Tetrahedron or Merkaba. Expressing the union of the male and female
potencies they are the building blocks of all manifest
creation. The central octahedron forms the alchemical
component of prana or breath shared by these Divine
Lovers.
The Tantric Star is at the core of the atomic
structure of all matter in the universe and functions as
a three dimensional Mandala; a mechanism which connects us
to our centre point, the border between the infinite in
and the infinite out and a star gate into the matrix of
manifest reality.

circle. This star is also known as a stellated
octahedron, which is a Star Tetrahedron (Merkabah) with
an octahedron inside. The elements of Fire (tetrahedral)
and Air (octahedral) are integrated with the circle
(feminine).
