This is an excellent guide-book for teenagers or parents trying to have a better understanding of their young adults. It creates an awareness of the problems teenagers are inevitably going to be faced with, at the same time it offers solutions to these problems.

When I was fifteen, I got depression and anxiety attacks. Life felt so strange and scary. I needed help. I have come through the other side and I believe this book offers guidance to young people who may be struggling for understanding about their lives.
