The first DVD (Volume 1) gives you a step by step guide to the basic Yoga poses. It is also suitable for those already practicing.
In Volume 2 Jacinta guides us through the more difficult poses for more advanced practice. This DVD is suitable for people who have already practised yoga and/or have a reasonable level of fitness.
Jacinta is a Naturopath, Trained Nurse, Yoga Teacher and Mother of four. She began practising Yoga ay the age of twelve and journeyed to India to deepen her practise, where she lived in various ashrams for many years while she trained as a Yoga teacher. Jacinta's style of Yoga has been inspired by Sivananda, Iyengar and Satyananda. She has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for over twenty years and presently holds classes in the Byron Bay Area.
